Room was very nice. Only issue we had was it didn't seem to cool to temperature set. We informed the front desk and they were quick to get maintenance in to check it out. It did better, but then seemed to start to act up again. It was very hot in Florida, so we weren't surprised. Only other issue was keyboard for room kept quitting and we had to have it reactivated 3 different times over the course of the week. We booked for 1 week, but somehow it had check out on Sunday 07/14/24. Even though our flights were for 07/13 and rental car had to be turned in. Thankfully, manager at hotel approved the change of dates so we weren't charged for the extra night. Booking called them and got it approved and made the change. We really liked the hot tub and pool. Just wish the pool had a deeper area. Hot tub was nice and hot. Pool definitely was maintained. They kept the pool towels stocked. Breakfast was great. They had continental options, but then also a MTO cook. He could do pancakes (chocolate, strawberry, and blueberry), French toast, waffles, and omelets. Omelets were great. He even made some MTO eggs any style requested. Juice options were good. Coffee was folgers. They had sugar free syrup which we were glad to see for those that need it. They gave complimentary drinks each night which was nice and appreciated. They even made the kids non alcoholic complimentary drinks. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

The service at breakfast was excellent, they went above and beyond to serve their guests, my kids were thrilled to wake up and eat breakfast, which is exceptional. The rooms were cleaned spotless every day, we really appreciate the effort. The water in the pool was warm and the environment was fantastic. The room was bigger than expected and very nice.

The hotel felt very spacious , rooms were lovely and comfortable. Great to get coffee etc daily . The breakfast was lovely , good variety . Loads of storage in the bedrooms . Staff pleasant . Great to have washing facilities .

Nice spacious rooms. Very clean. Complimentary breakfast was very goody including a chef making omelettes. There’s also a complimentary happy hour which is great perk. Pool area although not large is ample and also nice.

Most of everything was close by, I am a Walmart person and it was only 10 minutes out. The rooms were clean and the hotel was nice too. I love the hot/cold contrast.
